- I think you missed this entirely. I'm not talking about making a KEYBOARD.SYS
- file. I'm talking about IMPLEMENTING THE KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS DIRECTLY INTO
- THE PROGRAM ITSELF. That makes MORE sense than having to rely on an outside
- file.

- Cookies are used INTENTIONALLY for storing information about a program
- that can be accessed intentionally by other programs. Storing cookie
- information for shortcuts is kind of useless; think about it.
