I think you missed this entirely. I'm not talking about making a KEYBOARD.SYS
file. I'm talking about IMPLEMENTING THE KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS DIRECTLY INTO
THE PROGRAM ITSELF. That makes MORE sense than having to rely on an outside
file.

Just do it the first way so we don't have to deal with dual-standards.
The last thing we need is IBM and INTEL.

Cookies are used INTENTIONALLY for storing information about a program
that can be accessed intentionally by other programs. Storing cookie
information for shortcuts is kind of useless; think about it.
